Virgin Beach Resort - Laiya

My co-workers planned to go to the beach. They listed all the names of the people who were on day off and luckily, it was my rest day. It's just that my out from work was 12:36AM. They said that we have to leave Manila as early as 4AM as the check-in time in Virgin beach resort in Laiya, Batangas is 8:00AM. While some of them had enough sleep since they were from morning shift and rest day, I had to go to the meeting place right after work and tried to take a nap. Which the latter, didn't happen. I told myself, maybe I can catch some sleep in the bus which also didn't happen.

We were only four and met at Starmall Alabang station to take ALPS bus but since we felt the bus was not leaving yet, we rode AB Liner bus. We alight at Candelaria Quezon, rode jeepney to San Juan, and another jeepney going to Laiya. We arrived there exactly 8AM. 

We just walked-in and availed their day tour package.

They didn't ask us to pay the corkage fee since we only brought chips, bread, and drinks. In addition, after we settled our things in the parasol, we decided to buy rice and Andok's because we don't want to get hungry. There is Andok's and 7-eleven outside the resort but we paid for a habal-habal ride to get there since it is a far walk from the beach.

The sand of Virgin beach resort is fine and white. The water is clear. It is not pebbly nor has seaweeds. I really enjoyed it especially taking a nap under the trees.
